The calendar itself

• A wall display anyone can read at a glance — who’s on shift, what’s due, what happened today
• Medications with a real administration record you can hand to a doctor or a reviewer
• Shift schedules, time-off requests, and coverage gaps flagged before they happen
• Seizure, bathing, and any other tracking you define yourself
• As many registered devices as your household needs — the wall screen, tablets, everyone’s phone

What a “person” means

Anyone who signs in: an administrator, a caregiver, or a parent or guardian. Three are included, which covers most households — for example one parent, one caregiver, and the administrator.

Day programs don’t use one, because they never sign in. Neither do devices.

When someone leaves the rotation you deactivate them, which frees their place and keeps all of their history intact.
