Caregivers tap their name.
A short PIN starts their shift. From there they record medications, log whatever you’re tracking, and read notes left for them. If they start off-schedule because of an emergency, that’s flagged and documented — never blocked.

Guardians have the same access from anywhere.
Family members and care coordinators get full visibility and can contribute to the record, mark when they’re unreachable, and acknowledge notes — without becoming an employee.
