The name says the quiet part out loud.

It’s their care. Not the family’s schedule, not the staff rota. Every other tool in this space is built around shift compliance or generic task lists. TheirCare is built around the person at the centre of it — their medications, their routine, their day, their wellbeing — with the coordination happening in service of that, not instead of it.

That shows up in the software, not just the name: the person receiving care is the first and largest thing on every screen, in every mode. You always know who this is about.

Born from lived experience, not a feature list.

TheirCare began as one household’s answer to an impossible amount of coordination. Every feature exists because something went wrong without it. The coverage alert exists because a night went uncovered. The medication safety checks exist because a dose was nearly given twice. Nothing here is speculative.

What we believe

  • Warn, don’t block. The person in the room knows more than the software does. We flag, document, and stay out of the way.
  • The record has to be honest. The past is read-only. Every clinical event is logged. If you ever need to show what happened, it’s there.
  • Your data is yours. Each household has its own private address and isolated data. We don’t share it, sell it, or use it to train anything.

See it running with a real week of care in it.

We’re working through early access with a small number of households now.
